Interlake is a 501(c)3, non-profit, child care center that is governed by a Board of Directors.  Our Board of Directors is composed of current parents. 

Officers are elected to hold positions for two-year terms, and maintain oversight over business operations of childcare center. The Board votes to set policy, and holds the Executive Director accountable. Voting members’ duties include regularly attending Board meetings to take part in planning and evaluation activities, participating in fundraising, remaining up-to-date and engaged on emerging needs, and actively taking part in Committee working groups.
